Everyday A Friday

In offices all over the world, the popular refrain today is (Thank God It Is Friday.

Friday to some, marks the beginning of Freedom from work; and to some it’s the beginning of misery.

To the Freedom(er), it’s thank God; but to the miserable, it’s everyday a Friday.

The attached picture is from a book by Joel Osteen with the inscription, “You must stop talking about the problem and start talking about the solution…. start speaking words of victory”.

I do not have anything against ‘‘ and ‘affirmations’; truth be told, in a field of misery the seed of positivity may never sprout.

However, there’s a ray of hope, when we sow ourselves to helping others; by our actions, rather than words.

Solutions can effectively solve problems when it’s actionable. ‘A little leaven leavens the whole dough’; it also that ‘faith without works is dead’.

As you run off on your TGIF today, spare a thought and match it with action for someone whom ‘Everyday a Friday’.
